Kamran Shah is incredibly professional and one of the most helpful people I have ever come across. He is always available and goes above and beyond without hesitation. Ask for one towel, he brings two. Ask for one slipper, he brings two. In my entire experience with hotels and Airbnbs, I have never seen this level of care and dedication. Absolutely exceptional service.
